Application Support

*	Provide programming suggestions to improve performance and reliability on a one on one basis with programmers.
*	Provide dump analysis and other problems analysis functions.
*	Provide debugging assistance for problems such as storage violations, data integrity and performance problems.
*	Review application software packages. Provide evaluations.
*	Review and improve procedures used by programmers such as compile and testing procedures.
+	Provide application design reviews. This prevents design errors becoming production problems.
+	Provide mainframe to PC design assistance.
+	Provide PC application development strategies. This may include demonstrations of various PC development tools.
+	Assist with COBOL II/370 or COBOL/MVS/VSE conversions.
+	Provide tools to perform automatic conversions at reduced rates. COBOL 1 and macro CICS conversion tools are available.
